About Us

We are a creative father-daughter team from East Central Minnesota. We like creating unique pieces using wood, paper, and concrete (sometimes all at once…). The wood we use is cut locally and sustainably using our portable sawmill.

Arkstone was created during a time of family hardship and a need to be together. like the ark in Genesis, it is our new beginning. it is time spent with family and creating things we can be proud of. Our foundation is in the Lord.

Our favorite pastimes are taking long walks in the home improvement store, enjoying frequent coffee breaks in the workshop, and going on “business trips” up to the North Shore.
